I was in the area looking for something healthy and quick when the high reviews pulled me in. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted kindly and led through the ordering process for one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while! I have mixed dietary needs, so a place that has not only alternative cheeses, but vegan proteins is incredible! The bread and veggies are fresh, portion is huge (had to talk half home with me!), price is incredible, and it's delicious. Bonus points for a great playlist and amazing customer service!

Nature’s Goodness is the best local sandwich shop in Sacramento! The customer service is spectacular. Each person is kind, eager to serve, and and provides the order in a timely manner. The food is delicious! My favorite sandwich is the vegan pastrami. I also had the vegan potato salad, and a vegan vanilla ice cream sandwich. This portions are generous, filling, and reasonably priced.

Came here on a whim after shopping with friends. We needed to sit down somewhere and rest. We ordered the mango tango smoothie and tuna sandwich and felt so refreshed after. The owners were very attentive. I definitely want to come back and try the vegan pastrami! Only con is that it felt warm in there.

Fantastic!! Sandwiches, Salads, Smoothies. I had a vegetarian sandwich with vegan mayo. It was huge and delicious. They have homemade vegan potato salad (cashew cream) that was also very good. The service was excellent. They were kind and attentive. It's a small family owned place with comfortable seating. There are so many vegan options. I'll definitely be back.

I was in the area and, as a vegan, it’s often hard to find food! I saw this place while I was shopping and decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did!! I’ve been vegan for over 10 years and literally had the best smoothie I’ve ever had in my life!! I’ve never had a smoothie that tastes this good! The pastrami sandwich was amazing, the potato salad was so yummy, and the glazed donut was phenomenal! I’ll definitely be coming back and will always support this wonderful family-owned business! :)

I have never had a vegan sandwich as outrageously and deliciously satisfying as the one I had here! I have been craving a pastrami sandwich for years but don’t eat meat anymore and this vegan pastrami with Butcher’s Son meat was exquisite. There are currently not a lot of places I know serving Butcher’s Son vegan meats and this place does and it just rocked my world! I can’t wait to try the other sandwich meats they have in these super substantial hearty sandwiches. The vegan Dole whip was heavenly and dreamy and creamy with the oat milk in there. A total treat and my friend said she’s bringing her daughter back here immediately to get one too. I was surprised at how delicious it was! The owners are so kind and lovely and I love the toy shop theme they’ve carried in from their toy store next door. I love places with a little whimsy. I almost want to keep this place a secret so it doesn’t get too busy from their incredible vegan sandwiches alone! But I also can’t stop talking about how it’s my new favorite local sammich place!
